We want you to be happy with your Origen order. Due do the nature of food products, retunts may be subject to specific conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and, where relevant, photographs of the product ang packaging so we can assist you.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene resaons, certan food products may not be eligible for return once opened or where their condition cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we will confirm next steps and process the refund using the applicable payment method.ç
